Objective
The objective of QueryGo is to model the behaviour of groups, identifying the factors that best explain their well-being and satisfaction within organisations. This objective excludes individualised knowledge of people and consequently the surveys used are anonymous and voluntary, making it impossible to identify specific individuals.
What do we do with the survey data?
At QueryGo, we process the data using advanced statistics to:
Identify the main factors that explain the well-being and satisfaction of the organisation and of each of the groups that comprise it.
Identify behavioural trends and the main associated risks.
In addition, the data has conditioned levels of aggregation that do not allow segmentation into groups in which there is no minimum number of employees.
Anonymity
Anonymity is implicit in the architecture of the platform, which disassociates the responses of each participant from the data that would allow them to be identified.
How does it work operationally? The company provides a database with the email addresses and segmentation variables of each employee. With this data, the platform creates a different survey for each user associated with a random TOKEN (an identifier) and its corresponding email address. When the email is sent, it is associated with the elements of a particular survey and the referred TOKEN.
When the participant responds, in real time, the responses are linked and saved with their respective segmentation variables; but neither the email nor the TOKEN are recorded in the database. In this way, there is no trace of who exactly responded. Furthermore, as it is a real-time process, it is not possible to monitor or link the responses with the person who responded.
On the other hand, QueryGo does not provide disaggregated information that could allow a cross-referencing of segmentation variables that would allow the identification of specific participants.
Although this process makes it impossible to identify individuals, QueryGo nevertheless undertakes to maintain the data and security of individuals by contract and in its Privacy Policy.
We want to provide a completely transparent view of how we handle data and our internal management policies, so we make ourselves available to anyone who needs to clarify their doubts at the email address info@querygo.com
Organizational and administrative security
Information security policies: We have internal policies for information security that are reviewed and updated periodically.
Service providers: We verify the background of our service providers and make them adhere to a contract with obligations related to security and confidentiality.
Physical security: All of QueryGo’s infrastructure and information systems are housed in first-class data centers (AWS). These data centers include all necessary physical security controls that can be expected in today’s data centers (i.e. 24/7 monitoring, cameras, visitor log, entry requirements).
